Sunveno USA Inc (“Sunveno”, “we”, “our”) ships orders quickly, reliably, and transparently from our U.S. warehouse.

1. Where We Ship From
Most U.S. orders are shipped from our Ontario, California warehouse.
Some products or accessories may ship from our international logistics centers if the U.S. warehouse is temporarily out of stock.
If your order includes multiple items, your shipment may arrive in separate packages.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders to the continental United States (Lower 48 states).
We do NOT ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
- APO / FPO / DPO addresses
We will update this policy if additional regions become available.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery address
- Order weight/size
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping promotions, when available, will be shown on the website.
4. Processing Time
Orders are processed within:
1–3 business days
During peak seasons / holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
United States
- Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): 2–7 business days
- Expedited options (if available at checkout): 1–3 business days
International Orders
- Standard International: 7–21 business days
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, or remote destination processing.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Tracking link
Most tracking numbers become active within 24–48 hours.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.
- These charges are not included in product prices.
- Sunveno is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
For details, please check with your local customs office.
8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.
- Sunveno is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to sender due to address issues, we can reship it once the customer pays the reshipping fee.
9. Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If the tracking status shows Delivered but the package is missing:
- Check mailbox / parcel locker / front desk
- Check with neighbors
- Contact the carrier with the tracking number
- Email us at support@sunveno.com
While Sunveno is not responsible for stolen packages, we will do our best to assist.
10. Carrier Attempts Delivery
If the courier could not deliver (no one home):
- The courier may attempt redelivery
- Or leave a notice with pickup instructions
Please follow carrier instructions promptly to avoid return-to-sender situations.
11. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses.
Packages may arrive separately and on different dates.
12. Return to Sender (RTS)
If the package is returned to Sunveno due to:
- Incorrect address
- Refused delivery
- Failure to pick up at carrier facility
We can reship the order once the reshipping fee is paid.
Refunds for RTS packages follow our Return Policy.
